So again, three this morning I wake up to more shooting. The Mexican neighbors are shooting again and throwing down with loud music. I'm sick of it. I have gone the route of calling the police several times as well as my neighbors. Doesn't work. I've tried talking to them as well. Doesn't work. What else can be done? It's always a random week day that it happens and it's aggravating as piss. Post some ideas please.

The one guy I talked to said he was sorry and that his buddy had gotten carried away. That's only been once. I have yet to talk to him again, kids outside say he isn't home when I have stopped by. It's hard to get ahold of the male adults there during daylight hours.

I assume you do not live in a neighborhood? Just trying to determine how hard it would be figure out who called the cops etc. Do they own or rent? If they rent, I imagine a call to their landlord explaining how committed you are to ending this could be productive. In the meantime, I would use some cameras to document who, when, and how they come in and out of the house. My guess is that these gentlemen might have some outstanding warrants. Agreed. Just because someone's being inconsiderate doesn't mean they're committing a crime. And diming them out could exacerbate your issue.
