Didn’t get to get on the water with J last year, but he and his wife are very helpful, and knowledgeable on tips and places. His wife was running the shop the first day, and she will talk fishing and duck hunting all day long with you. Their place used to be Big Dave’s.

Caught two flounder yesterday on a chicken rig 40 miles out in 120’. They were lost.

Baisch Boys would be a good place to stop. Perry’s is back open but I don’t know the people running it since Jessica’s murder. Catch One might be worth a contact, Kerry Gorhman or Shannon “Doc” Currie. Jay Sconyers might be doing some inshore. May also want to call Marlin Quay. Or rent a boat from PI Outdoors and hit the creeks at Pawleys and Litchfield, go at low tide though so you can figure out the channels.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

If you don't mind running down to GT, Captain Dan will flat out put your kid on some inshore fish. Welcome to shoot me a PM if you want info.

He's running my Uncle's old boat. Also killed the biggest turkey to come off our property. Might try Jay Nelson too.

Recommend Captain Stump to anyone looking to go and take a kid! Had a blast and got into some good red fish.
