    Default 5-10-19 Meat fish

    Headed straight out from the rocks and took an oncoming sea beating for about 3 hours. I had a vasectomy last Friday so that made things even more fun. Stopped at a broken weed line shy of the 380 hole and had two strikes before the third line was in. We had a new crew fishing together and it took us a little while to gel, but ended up coming around. Lost a couple, but finished with 10 with 1 being 35lbs. Much nicer ride back in.

    Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

    Game On had one 35lbs today as well.

    We had a few over 20, and one pushing 30.

    Glad to see some bigger fish showing up.
    Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

    We are getting ready to get after some dolphin within the next week or two, talked to my buddy tonight about it.
    He picked up a new 33 Grady Express on Wednesday and wore out the snake kings near the beach today

    My back was more sore than my balls. I guess cause i kept bracing for impact for 3 hours. I expected worse. It got nicer through out the day and the ride in was a breeze. We had a first timer with us that just had his 69th Birthday and i wasn’t gonna fight him for a beanbag.

    Didn't get lines out. Pulled up to piss at 0515 to an odd but faint knock in the counter rotating motor. Went 10 more miles with it getting more pronounced. Turned east in 160' at 0530. Long ride home. Drank all the beers, Titos, and rum. Pulled into Freeport marina for a fresh one at 1445.

    That lower unit made it all the way home with a hole in the foot and zero gear oil at 1500 rpms. Got to the beach and mashed it. Took less than 30 seconds to blow up.

    Little boat fishing is dumb!!!

    Ronnie and i have been good friends since middle school. It is his boat. He lives down the street from me.
