I had one. Works as advertised.

I like my versa launchers though. Less reloading. But for the hunt test people they work.

What's a lot more? Distance, quality of product, customer service, life of parts?

All the above. I can't speak for customer service because I've never had mine fail. I'm on my 3'rd set of bands and I've replaced the solenoids once. They're over 10 years old.

I've not personally used the slingers, but we've discussed them between doggin buddies. I've been told by reliable sources that the slinger throws about half what a zinger can.

The gunners up are comparable to the zinger for distance, but the hinges suck! They will collapse at the drop of a hat.

I keep hearing that but i've never had it happen with my any of my 3 gunners up. Speaking of, it's almost time to replace bands. What bands do you use?

Do they sell a "heavy duty" and regular or you just calling the rubber tubing they sell heavy duty? I only see one option on their site..
