I'm sure he will be shopping for more once he gets done with weigh in this afternoon.

It's a good thing that the 3:16 Lure Company shop is right there basically on the shore of Lake Fork! He can stock back up before tomorrow. Not sure what he was using to catch that one but I guarantee that the 3:16 shop has plenty of big swimbaits that will burn them up on Lake Fork or anywhere else in the country!
Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL

Brandon struggled today and only managed 14+, but with yesterday’s good weight he was able to hold to 6th place. He will be fishing Sunday and then the top 10 will fish on Monday. Tomorrow is off day. Chad Pipkens killed them again today with over 30 lbs. Hopefully Brandon can hold on to big fish-tied now, big fish is a new Toyota Tundra in this event.

Brandon is leading right now. He just caught an 11-1 live. It was a tank. Also has two 8s to go with that 11. Think he has about 30+ for the day again. Hope he can hold on!!

Edit: he has 35-14 on the day as of now.

Just got off the Phone with Brandon, he had an unbelievable day. 11 lb 1 oz bass in a tournament is crazy, especially after already catching two 8’s, He is in 1st with 84+, with a 7 lb+ lead. But he knows nothing is safe on that lake, he has to go out and catch them good again tomorrow. Hopefully he can hold on to the lead and big bass, it is a new Tundra. Also who ever wins this event gets an automatic birth in the 2020 classic.

I try not to be a spell check nazi but this one made me chuckle at myself. On first reading, what popped into my mind was someone giving birth in a brand new 2020 model Tundra. (birth - berth)

An 11 lb fish in the same bag as two 8 pounders is a damn good day.

That was fun to watch. Good luck Brandon and congrats again Otter. I know you are a super proud dad.
