Default Best way to hide a 90lb Chesapeake?

After watching some videos I sent, my Chesapeakes breeder talked me into running Cash in an HRC Seasoned test. Being fully self trained and looking back, I strongly believe that running Started tests first would have been of great benefit being neither I nor my 15 month old had ever tested before.

Strangely, and humorous to some, having been in some rather stressful and rank situations in various places around this planet which never rattled my can, it was a big shocker to be awaiting our turn to run while feeling like a CSX freight train was parked squarely upon my chest. I couldn't believe how amped I was, and of course that fed into Cash being even more jacked up each consecutive time we ran. I am seriously talking full on Dr Jeckle and Mr Hide changes in my dog upon showing up to the testing grounds.

That's just a tidbit for anyone interested in getting into this game. In my opinion definitely DO NOT skip Started if you are thinking about giving the HRC a shot. Certainly you had better be prepared to see your easy going high skilled pup turn full on crazy when he figures out the situation ( at least for mine).

At any rate, we ran our first Seasoned test on February 8 of this year at H Cooper Black and were able to title out in Seasoned this past weekend at Coastal Empire. I guess we are pretty proud of accomplishing that goal in two and a half months.

Something I didn't expect is that In all my travels I have never met such a solid group of people as those that comprise the HRC staff, clubs and handlers.

A special thanks goes out to Duckman #1 and Tha Dick for your camaraderie and encouragement. Mark you certainly gave me some helpful pointers and time that I used to our advantage and that other nick nack tip you tossed my way sure helped as well.

And to answer the question, the best way to hide a big goofball Chessy is to slap some HRC ribbons on him.

Off to Finished we go this May, that's going to be comical at best.

And I like tha name, Cash.

My sister has a chihuahua Yorkie mix that she kind adopted from a family that no longer wanted him. When she got him his name was CashMoney.

congrats. definitely an accomplishment doing it mostly on your own. I did the same, and I learned much more than my dog did.

He looks like he'll be a jam up water dog too! Congrats on the bling!
