    Default 5k

New 5k PR today at the Rice Run in Walterboro, 18:16. Prize money this year brought out some fast runners. Got first Masters and a little cash for my effort. Perfect cool temp and no wind helped too.

Congratulations!!!! If you'd have been running with the wind from yesterday at your back, you've have run it in 5 minutes flat!

Speaking of Truckin'. That shit that went down in Denver was otherworldly. A mattress truck AND a lumber truck on fire? I am surprised that shit didn't burn through the core of the Earth... Praying for Dr. Moatsy...

At that speed it’s like your feet don’t hit the ground.

I did the bridge run (10k) in 57 min. I was proud of myself. I can’t imagine being able to run that fast. Even as a knob at el cid it was all I could do to run 2 miles in 14 minutes. I usually settle in around a 9 minute pace these days. You’d lap me.

6 min mile pace over 3 miles.

That would have to be a big fast bear.

The last time I ran a PFT I did it in 20:48. I've never run that far or that fast again.
