sauce brings heat but camouflages flavor.

If it's you cooking, do yourself a favor and use ingredients in the dish.
(or just find yourself a different "La Hacienda", "El Pueblo", "Del Taco", Taco Bell location to order from)

there are hundreds of different peppers to choose from. I promise you can find the one that has the flavor AND heat you are looking for.

I bought some jamaican jerk hot sauce the other week. It was different but good. Had some interesting flavors on the backside with some smoke. The name escapes me at the moment and I’m not close to the fridge.
    Good stuff indeed.

Texas Pete is like a sore pecker when you throw it on some fried chicken, and every now and then a pileau...it’s hard to beat.

Other than that it’s Original Tobasco or Green Tobasco.

Crystal and Sriracha. I'm not a hipster, I was Sriracha before Sriracha was cool. I drank PBR back then too.
