    Default Good Friday

With the hurricane force winds and the rain threatening I was able to get lucky enough to hear a hen yelping in a cutover about 7:15am. As I was setting up to call her in with hopes a gobbler was in tow, I saw him fly down into the road bed on the edge of the cutover and go into strut. About 15 mins and a few ninja moves later I was pedaling back to the truck with him in the vest. 19lbs, 10.5” beard, 1 1/4” spurs 12DDAA7F-A6D1-4B95-A65B-24AC1A2EBA07.jpg926B3F88-3E3B-4106-9570-C26ACAD0D1FC.jpg67B6A3AB-5C45-4EB8-8161-02E0130A18AC.jpg

    Good stuff!
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

LOL.....and yes....BIG thanks to my mom for staying with the kids while I slipped out. It’s tough around our house when one or the other is traveling. Thankfully my family understands the sickness!!

My man in the long sleeve green shirt has got the pose down pat. The other kids look a tad unsure.

    Nice bird!
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.
