    Default Need Surveyor and General Contractor in Camden

    Ive already contacted KRT and he's busy....

    Survey: 36 acres, approx. 20 ag, 12-14 timber, 2 or 2.5 residential.

    Contractor: Need One bathroom renovation (remove shower insert, double-sink vanity, install roll-in shower, pedestal sink and smaller vanity). Handicap ramp built, painted to match deck. One or two interior doors widened.

    Closing on property May 9.

    Robbie Lackey or Bill Lindler on surveying. I don't think Henry W is doing solo things anymore, he might, I should see him sometime soon.

    The guys I know that do custom stuff are pretty busy right now, but I can find a couple guys that can do some small things.

    Henry works for Coogler, no longer on his own.

    Robbie is good, so is Bill.

    Charlie works in Camden if you twist his arm.

    I've been meaning to go actually meet Charlie in person.. I was over there the other day but too late though. He's in the old tough mean streets over here.

    Forgot to add, also need a concrete parking slab poured at base of ramp.
