    -10 Box Jumps

    Rest 3 min

    3 min AMRAP

    - 5 C&J's @ 155lbs

    -10 Box Jumps

They must call you skrimp because you're small. That's some weight. I'm to old now and doubt think I ever knocked out reps of 375 on squats.

You've got a strong squat there skrimp.

Took yesterday off, poor sleep and the body said it was due.

Going for a trail run today, its the low mileage day so 3-5 miles depending on how I feel.

4.1 miles today on the trail. Parks people cut a new path that I found today. It was a good challenge and a lot of fun.

Stole one from the local box for yesterday:

    12min Amrap
    -15 Front Squats 115lbs
    -15 Push ups

Hurt more than I thought it would. My quads blew up pretty quickly. Good stuff.
