    Default 2014/newer Silverado A/C condenser

So I finally got around to getting a picture of this common A/C issue. It effects 2014 and newer Silverado 1500, Tahoe, and Suburbans.

This is where the leak is

Notice the dampness, that’s the pag oil out of the A/C system

This is out of a 2014 Suburban with 31k miles. Original owner and purchased new at Love Chevrolet in Cola. Chevrolet offered no help to the customer. General Motors told her they only offered assistance by individual circumstances on 2016 and newer original owner vehicles.

I do know some people have been helped as I’ve sent several to a local dealer and had them ask for a certain person. Not here to dispute what GM has done or hasn’t done for customers. I’m sure it’s a case by case scenario. I also know if you have a 2014 or 15 you’re probably going to replace this at least once if not twice. The aftermarkets are better quality than factory....

We had one that needed the PCM updated due to E85 compatibility the other day. You can check the calibration ID and see if a flash is due. What year was it again?
