Wild Edge Inc. also came out with a new platform that works with their steps. Interesting idea.

    I agree.

He has a hell of a deer harvested resume but I am not so sure other folks could not have done similar given they were able to hunt the same properties he has access to.

I sold 14 ameristep composite steps on Saddle Hunter. Years ago I picked them on clearance for $2 each those Saddle Hunters members paid $25 each.

I got 6 of the aluminum models. Picked them all up for $20 on AT a while back. I carry two in my stand ditty bag. I use two combined on fat based trees to get the sticks started. Comes in handy in the low state more than up here. I also use a couple down low at times to get a boost if I want to go a little higher on a set. I'd never would use them at any real height, they tend to be a little rolly on the straps if you don't hit them just right.

Widows? My wife will be hunting out of a saddle this season. What next are you going to talk about? My orphaned kids whose parents should’ve bought a lone wolf stand.

They were hard to come by for a few years.

LW Alpha is the Volvo of stands.

Buy it and you’ll see why everyone who has used one and lived never died in one.

Is that why everyone that owns one says the seats suck?
