FIFY. 5 does may do it in your neighborhood but our population problem in Orangeburg/Bamberg county area is not one of low numbers.

I’m guessing it’s 4 free tags and you can buy up to 4 additional more if you so choose.i couldnt imagine killing 13 deer a season personally, but some guys will, which is great.

The whole pop decline is BS and not the true reason they pushed for tags

Well with the current way the system works I’ve got a better chance of leaning Chinese than figuring out which tag to use when ........

I shot a doe last year and pulled out an envelope containing strips that looked like a crayola box. I assume the one I put on her was correct. It was a Thursday. Hell if I know.

Make it easier for people to kill does and harder for them to kill bucks and the issue with fix itself.
    And why is that?

Why get rid of the doe tags for the saturdays? You can still at this point buy 4 doe tags for any time hunting at this point. During the saturdays ( doe days) , their are more does killed on that day than the other 6 days combined. If the current tag system was developed for population control of does then it is working fine , it my be aggrevating at times bt is working. Now, if we want to grow bigger deer, then 3 buck tags a year max, no buying any more after you are done with the 3. Do this for 3-5 more years and we will see a huge diffrence in our deer hurd.

    I agree.

The huge sheet of tags is just over complicated.

I would say that any change that simplifies the system would be better. If that means using these tags and eliminating the more complicated day specific tags, then so be it.

    Just KISS
