    Default Trespassing and illegal dumping

Anyone have experience with anyone dumping shit on their lease? Someone dumped 5 nice sized piles of construction debris on one of my places. I found mail in the piles with names and addresses. Called the sheriffs office and they came and made a report and I have to call litter control Monday to see how to proceed. Anyone dealt with this and had a decent result?

Good luck is all I can tell you. We have found litter control in Aiken County to not be very helpful with these type issues.

I would say the job is right up road. I deal with that on the reg with my job site dumpsters.

I have had both good and bad results. Pursue it for sure...

Maddening. I've seen shit like that less than a 1/4 mile from the dump.

I support trespassing but not dumping. Hope you catch them.

Happened to us a few years ago. We believe a processor (based on how many) dumped 50+ deer carcasses in a corner of the field by a access road. We walked up laughing knowing it was directly in front of a trail camera......the laughs turned into cussing when we realized they stole the camera

I've had excellent results through SCDNR. When there's no season in they love to bust a dumper. I use them regularly when we find mail or names in trash dumped on client properties. 9 out of 10 times they have the guilty party clean it up within 7 days or face prosecution.

If you got address of the litter bugs, load it back up and dump it in their yard with the sheriff as your backup

    There is always another possibility...

I sent 5 bags of trash off with my maid's husband Roach. He was to take the trash to the dump. The next morning there was a deputy in my yard to arrest me. I explained, and knowing Roach and his buddy Coon, he understood completely. Even though I went to the property owners home where those morons ditched the garbage, told him what happened, and profusely apologized, he never spoke another word to me...

JABIII, that is how most of my situations are as well. Contractor pays Joe to take debris to dump and pays him. Instead of making it to the dump he drops it off at a secluded gate and pockets the money.

I dealt with it on my road one time. Found a contact number for the guy on one of the envelopes. He spent all afternoon cleaning up the mess. Claimed he had no idea where the trash came from but didn't want his name associated with the mess either.
