    Finally stood some steel up today. Got al the columns, rafters and wall perlins put in. Worked from 8am-9 pm. Had a lot of good help.

    and let me add....you make your own stress. people blame "stress" all the time. "stress" is what you make of it. some people "stress" over what shirt to wear. we can all agree that aint where your "stress" comes from. "Stress" is just a convenient blame for other issues.

    Dont consider "being busy" as "stress".

    i'm gonna stop typing now because all those apostrophes are annoying but I hope someone gets the point.

    Good points here. I reckon the part that being so busy takes away time from my 2 young kids is what stresses me. And yes that is my favorite work shirt. Good thing I never wear my harness or you’d never be able to see it

    How are you attaching the columns to the concrete? J-bolts set in courted concrete or drilled anchors?

    Yes sir, that red iron will get hot and burn you good. Nothing like sitting on those beams while bolting up purlins, in July.
