Yeah gonna have to cut the windows in. Ordered my building last spring in a rush before the supposed steel price increase and didn’t have a floor plan ready at the time

What R value insulation is currently installed? Do you have plans to add batt insulation when you fir out your walls?

Been a slow go but finally finished the frame wall for my rock veneer. Got her dried in tonight. Rough when you ain’t got no help and a full time gig and two brats running around your ankles the whole time

If I can get my engineer to finish with my window and door jam detail I can really start to roll. I’d love to be in by the end of the year but it ain’t looking good
