I just put a hood in mine large enough for my contractor to call it overkill.. my son had to lose a little closet space, but he knows I love him.

Eye on high, fan on high, and only in the pan long enough to get a good char on the outside of it. Besides, I don't mind the aroma of steak throughout my house.

SC cold is relative. I just landed in Minneapolis and headed 2 hours north. Negative F every night and Thursday's high isn't even going to hit zero.

Residency, I knew that... I don't hang out with yankees. To be fair, a lot of those people are Scandinavians.

Day tripping to NYC today. Cold doesn’t begin to describe it. Single digits with gusts up to 40 making windchill subzero.

I wouldn’t mind if winter didn’t get colder than 60 ever! I don’t mind bug spray in the duck blind. In fact I’ve gotten use to the deet flavor on my duck calls! Also snow is not as warm and fuzzy as it looks in the pictures and movies. Last year snow hurt my hands when I built a snow man. Sand castles are much more user friendly!

I’m at work in NY & it was down in the low single digits & negative windchills. Had wind over 60knots while we were on anchor in NY. Watched a 950ft USNS ship drag anchor & almost end up on the bank in the harbor. This wind is no joke.
