Just another day at Jack’s Creek Marina.

I imagine at about 11am there were some highly pissed off Daddies, wondering how they are gonna pay those fines.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Not sure, but a Fed can come in and make a State case Federal if he so chooses. At least it used to be that way...

More than likely a state warden, the federals are too lazy to sit around jacks.the only time you'll see them there is around opening and last days of the season.

I can assure that just because you don't see them doesn't mean they aren't working.

So a federal did take the case over? I wonder if they confiscated all their stuff also?

Still can...if it's a federal violation which most waterfowl charges are...shooting a swan in SC certainly is. The only thing I can think of that wouldn't be a federal violation is a second hooded merganser because the feds allow for two where the state only allows for one.

It takes a special kind of stupid to "accidentally" kill a swan. I could see and hear few that I've killed in NC and ND for 5 minutes before I shot them. They are about like shooting a crop duster.
