    Cut up a couple deer shoulders and tried this, this past weekend. I'll be doing it again. Folks that normally won't eat venison at my house liked it.

    My only problem was the broccoli took up too much room on my plate. My old lady could have put at least 2 more sliders on there

    I made this today without the stick of butter just because I forgot it. I can't tell the difference.
