Looking for some rocking chairs for the front porch. These need to be comfortable, not just nice to look at. Prefer wood.

Sang this song at my second wedding and inadvertently wore the exact same outfit as Ricky.
easy pimpin denim rhinestone suit
I was given a cracker barrel and it has held up well. You won't wear it out in your lifetime
Gettin old is for pussies! AND MY NEW TRUE people say like Capt. Tom >>>>>>>>>/
"Wow, often imitated but never duplicated. No one can do it like the master. My hat is off to you DRDUCK!"
Broach's Swings in Effingham, SC. Makes them himself out of Cedar. Beautiful stuff
Just bought two from Lowes this weekend. About $130.00 each. Took 15 minutes to assemble. They OK comfortable, but that does not matter because they are on a porch we rarely use. Cheap ones like these do not last.
The rocking chairs on our front porch, overlooking the creek, are about 30 years old and still going strong. They were not cheap when they were purchased back then and I shudder to think what it would cost to replace them.
The only good thing about my imperfections is the joy they bring my friends.
Beware the man with one gun...he probably has other faults also.
Cracker Barrel for sure.
Where else can you buy chairs and eat chicken fried steak in the same establishment?
Go to the Jockey Lot.
My puppy ate the rocker off one of Duckman's. I had to give up one of my Cracker Barrel's to replace. It sat outside in the weather for 3 years and is still going strong. The others, under cover, are like new 10 years later...
Lord have mercy.....
