I stopped in there this morning to grab some last minute gifts...

How does that place stay in business? With the internet, Wal-Mart and PSA killing them on price.

Surely he owns that whole building. And now they have a range renovation about to happen?

They did have a good price on Anderson stripped lowers, $36.99.

The same crew is still there. They do have some new heavy duty shutters installed on the windows.

The new owner just recently closed on the deal. He did acquire the entire shopping center. He had some major renovations to do and will continue to renovate. I believe all the AC units had to be replaced and some major roof work right off the rip. He has a vision for the store and hopefully it will happen. It will not happen over night as it took some time to run it in the ground. Give him some time and then give them another shot. As far a PSA and Wal-Mart pricing, I’m sure he doesn’t have either one of those franchise’s buying power.

I would easily pay double to never darken that particular door again and it has probably been 3 decades since the last time...
