    Default Bright Head Lights

Why does every Hey-Bo who has a decent truck have to have the bright-ass headlights? Is it a requirement that you go on amazon and buy the most annoying/dangerous headlights you can find, then install them yourselves? Who is dumb enough to think these things are a good idea? Get your local mechanic to install and point them down for you.

10 times worse on backcountry 2 lane roads- fuckers deserve to be run into the ditch. I practically have to stop and shield my eyes with my hand. Same guys that are too fucking stupid to turn off their headlights at the boat ramp. True cock suckers.

    Yep.

I am pretty sure you have to have a learning disability to think these are a good idea. No normal person thinks to themselves, "I need bright-ass headlights to make sure I'm safe. Fuck those other guys."

I agree and I think the mechanics that lift these trucks up need to be kicked in the cod sack if they do not adjust the headlights after the lift install is completed.

It's not the mechanics(I don't think), it's the yahoo's who order these dumb ass lights online and install them in their driveways.

State inspections. This stuff and plane old no maintenance will bring them back. They will be expensive this time though. I am fine with it. I would rather pay 200 a year in inspections than be suprised by no break lights again in traffic

damn right about that. Throw in some rain and you’ve got a true 5 star clusterfuck. I can’t half hardly see anyway and have come to despising driving in the dark. It’s not just the heybo’s but everybody on a 2 lane country road anymore. There must be an imaginary sign I can’t see from being blinded that reads “use high beams and LED light bars for safety”. I was headed to tge lake thurs morning and one got behind me. I slowed way down hoping they would pass me. Fallowed me to the ramp. Then rolled windows down in the rain with “Jump around” blaring. Younguns.

I want to know when it started being okay to turn your bright lights on when you’re behind someone. It seems like damn near every night on the way home someone behind me decides that they’ll turn on their brights. They might be 200 yards behind me or 1/4 mile but damn the reflection off all my mirrors.

That's where you use a turn signal, slow down, pull off on the shoulder of the road. Then let the horses roll and drop that accelerator pedal, turn your brights on and give em a good dose of their own medicine.

I used to have an old kc light on my back bumper of my bronco in college. Used it for backing down rough boat ramps or loading deer etc. Someone get on my rear end with brights on id flip the switch and they slammed on brakes. Maybe I need to put one on my new truck

high beams behind you- turn on your emergency flashers until they turn down the high beams- works most every time.

We already have a thread for this. Shouldn’t you old fuckers be yelling at kids to get off your lawn?

The rigid fog lights KRT put in my winch bumper are bright AF. I love em

Do you run them when it's not foggy? Leave them on at the boat ramp? Do people high beam you all the time in retaliation?

If so-You are one of the assholes we are discussing.
