My wife got one and we have used it a decent amount. Wings and Chicken legs are good in it. Broccoli, asparagus and cauliflower are good. It is easy and quick to use on the front end, but cleaning it up can be a bitch.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him
He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right
They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands
We got one that was around $100. Wife had to have one. Think we have used it once. Not as much prep and clean up as real frying but not as quick and easy as they try to show on tv. Also, food doesn’t taste as good which we knew was a given. I can’t eat much fried food, so when I have it I want real fried food. If you are looking to eat healthier, it might be okay for you. Ours is just taking up space.
10-4. I will stick with the outdoor double basket then. Gives the coons something to do, too...

I got this one for my parents for christmas.
Definitely worth adding to the arsenal. If your kids like frozen chicken nuggets you will never put them back in the oven again. It has its place, but I wouldn’t get rid of the double basket.
If you give 10 people a bag of gold, someone will complain about how heavy it is!
Has it's place right next to the crock pot in the dumpster.
Check out the InstantPot, it's great for ruining your dreams of coming home to a tasty meal also...
Takes up too much space, right next to the quesadilla maker and sno cone machine I swore to my wife that I’d use

Sounds about right. I have been making my Great Aunt's old school cheese straws for the first time. She made 'em on a wood stove on W Main in Laurens. There are no shortcuts to goodness...
People who use air fryers get bullied by those who use pellet grills
"They are who we thought they were"
You can dress a fat chick up, but you cant fix stupid
They're kinda the same thing, no?
As in they're both feminine
Air fryer is in the same category as an InstaPot or whatever those gimmicks are called. We have one of each. Both of them on my wife’s doing. You can’t shortcut or rush good cooking. It’s just that simple. If something advertises to do either of them then just leave it right there on the shelf in the store
I have a Big Easy. I do turkeys and chicken in it. It does what it says it's gonna do. Nothing special about it but it a helluva lot easier way to do a turkey.
ETA: I think they run around $75

Not quite the same thing..
Like others have stated, avoid the instapot. Don’t have an air fryer, and don’t plan to. Instapot removes the soul from soul food.
Save your money on air fryers!
