    It's rather juvenile but I jokingly say that I have 96 "favorite birds". If I did have only 96 favorite birds, this little guy would be near that top of that list.

    It's a Canon 70-200mm F4/L IS...200mm is rather short for birds but anything bigger is too heavy for all the hiking I do with the lens. I keep hoping Canon will put Image Stablization in their 400mm.

    Get the 300 with a 1.4x. It worked great for me when I had it.

    I love birding.... I remember many of my warbler firsts over many others.
