I am also planning to put together a 20ga o/u turkey gun. How did you mount the Burris FF3? What chokes do you plan to run in each barrel?

A buddy of mine has a machine shop and mounted the base plates to the rib with screws I guess.

I am running a sumtoy on the bottom barrel with either federal hw 7’s or TSS 9’s. Top barrel depending on patterning will be federal hw 7’s with either the factory improved or modified choke depending on patterning for up close shots.

Is there a reason for your top barrel being your open close range pattern? I was planning to do the opposite. With my top barrel with a tight long range pattern and bottom barrel open for close range.

how do you like using the fastfire? I just put one on my gun. I haven't hunted with it yet but it seems pretty sweet.

    I’m hunting with same gun.
Indian creek .555 top barrel TSS 9’s
Factory full bottom with heavyweight 7’s.
