Effin fans been running loud as hell all morning. With ac/heat system on or off... its loud. Left eastover at 430 and it’s still doing it. Truck has been shut off and recranked multiple times.

Following, my 2013 F150 does same thing, Dealer replaced water pump earlier and flushed system. Not much better.

Check coolant level asap. Mine is older, but that is what tipped me off to having a leak.
