I don't know if I could kill a red fox. I mean I could if he was running right at me and pissed off.

Piss on the fox then choke him to death with a zip tie..

Oh, I'm all man, and I wouldn't criticize Ricky. I have killed damn near everything I've ever cared to kill. I've killed my share of coyotes and coons. I just feel like red foxes belong. It's funny though, when I start seeing them I feel like the yotes are scarce.

I used to kill reds like they were cockroaches when I lived in MD. Pelt was worth good money then too. Then the coyotes moved in. A friend went from trapping 250+ reds a year to maybe 50.

I fell about the same as HS now.

Would have never thought of that. Just been using cat food and marshmellows.

We used crawfish oil on one marshmallow, which is skewered by the trigger..

Then we went to just the mallow..

Catches the piss out of them..

Putting everything else in there gets ants everywhere..

We try to bait them, then put out all the traps in one spot.. Catch there for a few days..

Then move a couple hundred yards away and repeat..

2015 when I did a little coon trapping at BG. 3 dog proofs caught 11 coons and 2 possums in 1 week, never moved the traps.

Dry cat food and crawfish oil

    Default Trapline Catch Thread

Just pulled this blonde one out of a trap, been after her all season. When I saw her earlier she was running with a black, only one coyote came through this set last night, dunno what happened to her running buddy.
