    Default Sausage casings

Anyone got a recommendation/source for getting casings for sausage? Jerky games on point now moving onto sausage. Thanks in advance.

Check Gander outdoors or whatever it is called now. Might have it at Field and Stream store also. I don’t like either store but think I remember seeing casings in there.

I’ve bought them at several meat markets around here. I’ve had to call around to see who has some on occasion but most of the time they have them. If you have to buy a whole hank you can salt them down and store them in the fridge a LONG time. Just soak them in water when your ready to use them.

Just use chitlins, for those of you from above Rock Hill, chitterlings.
