    I appreciate that. It doesn't take a pro chef to figure out when something tastes like pluff mud. I'd have to be awful hungry to ever try and eat another rail. I've got a buddy that will talks about rail perlou likes its Thanksgiving turkey but I guess if you were raised to think pluff mud tastes good then you don't know any better. Oh, and no I don't have any nice cast iron but I do have nice knives, and I bought them in a block and no I don't use them all.
