    Default Black mallard

Not too often you kill a true black on the salt marsh anymore. Waterfowler crushed it before I could take the safety off.

I have been at this duck hunting thing for a few years. The black still eludes me!

    Nice bird

Awesome bird! It’s the one of several that eludes me but it’s the one that I want the most right now.

You always seem to be on the birds! One of the most consistant waterfowlers on this site season after season! Congrats on another trophy from your boat even if you didn’t get to take this one personally!
Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL

Thanks dude. I promise it was a struggle this first season. I couldn’t get on the numbers to save my life until yesterday we finally found them!

That’s a beauty! Almost makes me want to go kill a duck again.
