    Default Boonies

They are devastating. Of course, it could have been the 135gr Simmons LandShark, or the orange/purple feathers, or the mismatched camo, or the first ever sit in the Assault. Whatever it was did her in. 100lbs. 20yd shot, 20yd recovery. I watched her topple over. Watching arrows disappear into deer will never get old.

I think it is just about right for a half day sit or so. Biggest difference is around the heels. Never felt cramped, but also only sat for about an hour and a half.

    Public land or private?

Just curious why you brought the stand back out with you.

We have had problems with trespassers in the past and I have had a stand stolen. This was the first ever sit in this stand and I would like to get another. Lol

Only 100 lbs.? That looks like one of those old long nose does with nostrils like a train whistle that spooks easily and then backs off and blows at you the rest of daylight.

    Perfect shot!

Long drag made me wish I had gutted her. Maybe 102, but that's it.
