Hats off to you, RP. Never too late.

Seems like yesterday I was telling fatass 40 year old Glennda about this exercise program I was following on the internet. I would advise against the triplets at your age, though.

    Good on ya RP.

I gave up soft drinks while working in Pepsi Bottling facility. Talk about needing some self-restraint.

I can't stand a soda now. If I rarely drink tea I have to do it half sweet/unsweet just to drink it. I hurts my heart that I can hardly eat a piece of pecan pie these days... it;s just too sweet. Staying skinny ain't easy for lots of people. I'm skinny but I got work at it too. Eat right, lifting occasionally, running, playing outside with the kdis when the weather allows.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

Great job! When I was 51 I weighed 267. I’m 54 now and have lost over 80 pounds and maintained it for over 2 years. I completed my first Ironman 70.3 on my 54th Birthday.

So you are taking in less Bud heavy and more Natty Light?

I"m down 15 myself from the summer just from cutting back on intake. It hurts now just to think about eating as much as I used too.

Coastal I am not drinking 2-250 calorie beers any longer and drinking some nattys. Definitely cut back.
