    Mix it with just a bit of regular beef burger, ground italian sausage, and ground pepperoni. That is, if you like spice. My god it's good.

    Do you make your own homemade spaghetti sauce? You make meat balls with the ingredients I just gave you and then dump them in your sauce for a few hours and you've got what we call "red lead" aka gravy. Yummo.

    There are lots of homemade sauce recipes on the web. One secret to help kill the heartburn in advance is to put a bit of orange peel in while the sauce is cooking.

    My wife makes a fantastic homemade marinara sauce, but also a really good cream sauce. One of my Italian buddies from up home makes your chain italian restaurants look lame.

    It's a ball of ground meat. It doesn't have to be difficult, all you're gonna taste is whatever concoction of sauce you cover it in, so focus your efforts on that......
