    Default Saskatchewan

So, a few weeks ago, we took the boys to Canada for the first time only to run into all time record setting low temperatures. The locals were whining about the cold, if that gives you any idea. The ducks didn't know what to do, but we laid with them and got it done. Somewhere along the line I picked up my first banded greenhead in a while (banded in Louisiana), and to offset it, picked up some sort of infection that has played hell on my joints which is why it has taken so long to write a report.

The boys had an absolute blast, with plenty of firsts for them. They got to see a lot of big game up close with the cold temps which was a bonus. When I can get my hands/fingers working right, I will pull the images off my camera and post up some images.

Here are a couple cell pics for now...

Nice! I've always wanted to go up that way. Do you go with a guide or guessing you have access to land from landowners maybe?

No guide needed. Just knock on a few doors and you can hunt most anywhere you find ducks.

Most excellent. Reminds me of the old limo picture, for some reason.
