I know both the hunters who shot these deer. Chain = son, Carson. Steve Ervin = dad, T-Bo. True story. That family's taxidermy bill is gonna be high as giraffe nuts this month.

Yep, that's his dad. Their trophy room is already chock-full of big South Carolina deer. Even more so now...

It has a tang and spirit shared by no other sport—a philosophy compounded of sleet, the winnow of unseen wings, and the reeks of marsh mud and wet wool. That stud he killed two years ago sure did. 150 yards off of 152 in a stand I've sat a dozen times. The photos he sent in were from my brother in law's camera. I'm checking on this one. Got the pics earlier this morning. Jerry kills some dang big deer.

The son's deer was probably killed in Cades, which is second only to Pelzer in record book deer.

I don't know where the deer were killed. If my in-laws' property, where they both hunt and where Jerry is the farm manager, they have thousands of unmanaged, non-contiguous agricultural and wooded acres to hunt.

That is awesome! Bullwinkle and his bro have been kilt. + 5 for style points of regular jeans. Love it.
