    Default Thoughts on a Beretta A 300

Good Bad? Any experience with them for a youth gun?

Good shotgun. Light recoil. Points well for me. Handles a variety of light loads. Would recommend to a friend.

A guy handed me a check to buy his grandson his first "his gun". I bought one of those for him.

I bought one last year as a backup to my 12 year old Beretta A391 Xtrema II. Both guns have been flawless for me and handle anything that I’ve fed into them. I’d buy another in a heartbeat!

Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL

My son shoots competition with one. It's seen thousands of rounds. It's solid.

Want one, but wish it had 26" barrel rather than 28". Have only heard positives things about it.

Great guns and I agree with what’s been posted so far. Mine has cycled everything with no issues. I have not had the camo coating coming off issue as mentioned above.

I appreciate all the input thus far. The responses speak highly of the gun. I will be purchasing one this week. Thanks!

Great gun. I go thousands of rounds between cleanings and it shoots every time. Only issue I've had is a hammer strut snapped but Beretta took care of it free of charge. If you are patient, they frequently go on sale for $100 off. I think I paid $600 for black synthetic. You won't regret buying one.

I think I got a Silver Pigeon A-300 from beanhunter. It shoulders good and cycles good. But haven’t hunted with it. I use my collectors edition M2 worth $1401 for general hunting.

390 would be a Silver Mallard, the 686 is the Pigeon

    Is a300 same as outlander?

I got an outlander and it's the toughest auto available.

Shoots everything from light target to heavy turkey or goose loads.

They are so cheap you can buy 2.

Great gun imo. You mentioned youth, it has spacers at the recoil pad you can take out and shorten length of pull. Definitely something good a yute can fit but not out grow either
