Gotta like meat with a handle you can naw on.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

No, Bart. My wife bought that table.

She also paid for the bones in the ribeyes. I didn't get on her about it though. She was all proud that she got them "on sale". How could we possibly afford to not buy them at $9 a pound, she said.

I'm cooking/smoking them at 220 for about an hour.

I was thinking of texting you to see if you're in town for this weekend.

I'm not there, but please send me a text. I drowned my old phone and lost all contacts.

Good looking beef. Do you usually cook beef at such a low temp?

Not always. If I'm in a hurry, I crank the heat to 300 plus. But I've got time to stand around the drive way and drink this afternoon.
