After the kill, try to find a freezer somewhere and get everything frozen. If you can get some dry ice, get that too. I've used Rubbermaids to bring back cape, horns, and wrapped meat. Put a pool noodle on the horns and tape that fucker shut. Fly it back for $50 or so.

Buy another box of 308s when you land.. Trip, fall and knock your scope off and it would be piss poor...

I would also throw in 2 dozen zipties...

And Locks for your gun case..

And Ziploks for your phone if its wet...

I'd go to a Billings walmart and spend $100 on shit your probably won't need that you can leave in your truck..

Going by yourself somewhere for 6 days? I would cut my pinky off of right now for that option.

Unless I missed it on your list, you are going to kick your own behind if you get out there without a fly rod.

Love that you've packed the kitchen sink, but are taking that 1/2 toothbrush to save weight.

    You could get this https://www.amazon.com/Aurelle-COMIN...70_&dpSrc=srch

Funny thing is I have most of the stuff on your list you could have borrowed. You going to need more food that's for sure.

That's what I was thinking, but more so for the warmth and stamina. Plus he wouldn't be burdened with the cost and weight of food.

I was going to say moleskin too. Blistered feet can ruin a trip
