    I’ve been following this for some time.

    Draining the lames won’t happen, but a buyout could.

    I’d like to see the look on a few select faces when it’s said out loud, that tax payers will have to fund the new lift.
    Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

    Whoever buys the Santee Cooper system will inherit the obligation to operate by the FERC license...Sturgeon are a non-issue.

    They have pretty much been a non issue since Frank Marlow quit selling their roe at Pawleys, and for 2 or 3 million years before...
