Being a cheap ass about your footwear is like buying a Jarrett rifle and shooting Core Lokts through it. Spend some money and get good boots.

You better buy some in a hurry and get em broken in if you’re going in November.

Those boots are the best I’ve ever owned. There were days I’d cover 15 miles sidehilling the steepest shit on earth and my feet were always comfortable.

No to under armor. Cheap boots that don't last. I returned mine a while back. Will never own another pair

Another Danner vote. And like the grumpy turf man said. You need to get them quick.

Take a look at Lowa. They have great boots. Not $500 but they will run you a good 250-300.

I've worn my Lacrosse Grange boots all over this country and Canada. Spend money on good socks and go forth

THIS! Just bought my first pair and holy shat they're the most comfortable boots I've ever owned! Right out of the box felt like bedroom slippers. Have a friend in 3rd group SF that turned me on to them. He wasn't lying.

I don't know how warm they are, but I really like my Lowas. I'm the unofficial boot tester where I work, seeing as I can tear a pair up in no time. I've had multiple styles of Danners, Under Armour, even Reebok and Blackhawk among others. I'm testing Merrells now. Lowas beat them all, hands down. For those considering them, the Under Armour and Blackhawks were absolute trash, wore holes in them and soles came unglued in weeks.
