I'm hearing rumblings that the left was set to try the same thing on Gorsuch. They outted themselves by using form letters. There are also some who say Grassley has one of the form letters with Gorsuch name on it.

Too early to confirm but it would be a hoot if Grassley whipped that letter out during the hearing.

Yep. They are praying to win the Senate, impeachment or 25th. This is just a delay to fight another day.

She will be. And the socialist/left/dems already hate her for her faith.

If you recall when BK was nominated not all conservatives were galvanized on him being the pick.

If all of this has done 2 things it is galvanize support for him being the nomination.

It will turn BK into a individual whom perhaps would have followed precedent prior to this charade, but will now be ready to fire with both barrels anytime he gets a chance at anything that walks, talks, or crawls into the supreme court and resembles a libtard.

As Kamala Harris has pointed out over and over this is a appointment for life.

The horse crap about impeachment is just to soften the blow if he is confirmed.

Interestingly enough they could have the House vote to impeach him, because of this language:Article 2, Section 4 of the Constitution states:

"The president, vice president and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." Because federal judges are considered civil officers, they are subject to this rule.

Article 3 mentions good behavior of judges, without defining it. According to the Congress.org website, produced by CQ-Roll Call Group, this is taken to mean that the reasons for impeachment of a federal judge aren't limited to criminal acts.

So that is a broad brush.

However to convict 2/3 of the senate have to vote. There is no way 2/3 will vote to impeach a sitting supreme court justice over this nonsense.

Grassley should pull a Pelosi and say we need to hurry up and confirm him to find out if the allegations are true.

Will this new lady be prepared to pick his penis out of a lineup?

This crap is getting old. I think the strategy is to find another accuser each week to get the Dems past the mid term election.

This is the "she" I referenced above. Her name was actually ahead of Kavanaughs on the short list. Trump felt like there would be too much push back so he nominated Kavanaugh in this round. He's saving her for any vacancies that come along after the mid-terms when he knows the Repubs will have the House and Senate. As I've mentioned before, the mid-terms are safe. We have do do our part of course but the voter fraud is covered. Just like the fact that Kavanaugh will be confirmed, we'll add seats in the mid-terms.

I was one who didn't like BK's pick.

I thought she was a better pick.

    I liked Hardiman as well.

After seeing the mistake of putting Bork second last time, I thought he should have swung for the fences.

This is clearly a war. We knew it would be.

If we were gonna war like this why not make it a home run with a nominee that would just cause the nuts to really come unglued.

But that being said. I think BK may have just had a life changing event. He will not bend anymore!

The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is,
as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

    What McConell's enthusiasm?

The flowers in a funeral home have more enthusiasm than McConnel and Grassley.

God bless them both, but they don't have any giddy up and go.

I was proud of him. I know that was a major step for him, but man. Get the John Cornyn to whip Mcurskowki Collin and Flake in line.

lets see some action. Have a vote at high noon thursday.

McConnell is like a little bulldog when he sets his mind on what he is going to do. The no vote on Garland was huge.
