I have the 05 with 125000 miles. Ive had it for two years and only had two problems. The first one was an injector issue. Seems that the #3 and #7 injector if I recall right are in a tight location and can loose connection. This is easily fixed by using the "icepick trick". Look it up. The second is the computer went out a few weeks ago and will crank when it wants to. No rhyme or reason just threw a check engine light code and slowly quit running. Waiting on the new computer as we speak. Other than that its been a great truck. Pulls great, shifts great and gets about 19 mpg. The suspension is stiff ( i do realize that its a 3/4 ton) but can be eased by a set of Bilstein 5500 shocks.
