    Default House Bill 4403

I was reading a discussion about this Bill on Facepage. Mr Lowe can you bring us up to speed on the status or thoughts about the bill?

Maybe it’s old news and I’m late to the game?

I barely scanned the bill, but it looks like a purple paint bill like Arkansas, North Carolina, etc have?

SC has always had one of the strongest anti trespassing laws in the country. Pretty much if you don't pay taxes on it or have permission from the person who does, you know you are trespassing so fuck your trespassing ass, enjoy your ticket.

Not sure why we need to dilute this...

    You are correct.

10-4 that’s what I was thinking. Wasn’t sure why it was even necessary...?

I mean if we weakened our law, STUPIDLY, to make it mandatory that private property be posted, yeah, Purple Paint is cheaper. I use it extensively on miles of our NC property borders.

However, what dipshits in the legislature would consider weakening our laws here?

Vote the fuck out of any Lawmaker in favor of this bullshit in South Carolina...

    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.

Did not see any need to start a new thread about basically the same law. House bill 3079 will add ways that a boundary can be posted. Specifically adding purple paint. So purple paint will signify the property is posted. It has passed the house and is currently in the committee on judiciary in the senate. The latest word I have gotten from people in the know is that it will more than likely pass. Anyone else got any news.
