    Ate some teal Tuesday, they were pretty delicious.

    A rice fed Mallard breast that sits in the fridge for about 10 days is my favorite duck.

    The bluewings I ate last had been dabbling in inch deep, 100 degree water/mud before we found them. I'm glad no one told me they weren't supposed to taste good because everyone else and I thought they were great grilled to 125 and pulled off the grill. Then again, I eat merganser.
