The "football" he's talking about is the briefcase (or whatever) that goes everywhere POTUS goes. It gives him the ability to launch nukes no matter where he himself is in the world. Q is comparing the "football" to POTUS's control of the Emergency Alert System which gives him the ability to address the citizens no matter where he is in the world.

It's a given, and Q has mentioned it numerous times, that POTUS is not going to be around when the big take-down happens. For the sake of his safety he will be elsewhere (no one will know where) but he will need to be able to communicate directly to the citizens to let them know that all is well, that what's happening will only be a temporary state of affairs and to assure them their world isn't crashing down on them. In other words so he can keep people calm so chaos won't ensue. This will be the time when we may need 2 weeks worth of supplies. This is the biggy we have all been hoping to see, military operatives making arrests of people we still have no idea about. Potentially 55 - 70 thousand indictments (I honestly haven't check since the number of sealed indictments reach 55,000). Btw, in a normal year there are only around 1200.

The internet is going to go down, not maybe, but IS. It will be taken down by the NSA and White Hats until the arrest roundups are finish.

No, actually you will only know that POTUS is in control the WEA and it will be at 2:28 (plus lag time if any).

For the EAS it will be 2:20.

Nothing wrong with making money. But they have a uncanny ability to do it off the suffering of the masses due to setting up a strong man who wishes to exert his will over the planet and then unleashing this individual. In order to fight this menace countries have to spend countless dollars building up their militaries.

So this model has played out since the 1700's over and over.

As I said the other day it may not have been the US government that brought down the twin towers. I said they knew who it was.
