    I've been on so many concrete pours, i get bored talking about them....

    the point was y'all make this so hard with cranes and rust and moving and such.

    You would know. I remember the legendary stories of you practicing your dancing in wet concrete to build leg strength.     Well lime will do that. Galvanized stubs, foundation bolts etc. meant to be set in concrete have a thicker coating. No expert but I've done my share and have seen some short cuts too.
