    Default Prayers for MIL tomorrow

Been a rough year for my wife’s family, FIL passed away back in March after a 3 yr battle with cancer (and diabetes on top of that-before it was all over he lost both legs to diabetes ). He was in Hospital from Jan-late March and passed away at Rainey Hospice House 3/20 after only being there 1 day

MIL has been having some issues with breathing and fatigue, they did heart cath back in June and she has 3 major arteries blocked and Dr’s recommended Heart By Pass. She wants no part of it(73 yrs old). Apparently Dr’s felt stents were risky and could only do that in 2 of the 3 arteries for some reason

She has been having some spells lately where she falls, we felt all along it was due to her heart

Friday had to take her to ER and finally they determined she had a mild heart attack Cardiologist met with Wife and Sis in Law yesterday am and they said something has to be done so they are going ahead with 2 stents Monday am and treating other artery with meds. Said if they did nothing she has no chance

They are considering it a very risky procedure but feel she should be ok after it is all over

Needless to say Wife & Sis in law are mentally worn out with everything they have been through this year, my wife normally very strong but this has been very tough on them.

I would appreciate your prayers and thoughts tomorrow for them, MIL made comment “no matter what I will be fine either way, if it goes bad I will wake up in Heaven and if it works I will feel much better” To her is it is win win but her girls are very stressed.

We all have our MIL jokes and I am not different but she has always been like a 2nd Mom to me as well

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers.

But she has the right attitude.

She is saved and is ready to see her husband again as well as give up the pain.

I don't want to make assumptions but making statements like that means she is strong in her faith. She doesn't want to let her girls down, but she has accepted she will meet the lord in the clouds and will be on the list to get a new pain free body!
    Yup, he's crazy...

Thanks for prayers and thoughts, MIL came through ok. Ended up w 3 stents and did not have to use impella pump as originally thought. Dr feels he can treat back artery with meds for few years.
