    Default SC Hemp crop

Looks like a disaster for a lot of the folks who participated in the state's first legalized hemp crop. They have poured a lot of time, effort, and cash to make a go of it and here a few weeks before harvest Florence comes to town. Moldy hemp won't cut it for the oil industry I am told. Of course still being technically illegal federally, they couldn't apply for crop insurance either...

Depends on how close they were to cutting.

I know one that is gonna be in a mess. Some of the others should be ok!

So, did the hemp survive? Asking for a friend.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!
