    I smoked the doves with maple, and kinda went with autumn.. Roasted butternut squash and a diced up carrot in touch of maple syrup, butter, and rosemary.

    The doves I breast are usually done so I can slice them off. Whole picked are just the tits. You've got skin, more flavor, even the little legs are good.
